Instagram marketing for gastronomy

Marketing videos for your gastronomy business.
Made from your food.

GastRoi turns your dishes, your offers, and your footage into Instagram videos that make people hungry — without a videographer, an agency, or a free weekend. Every video comes back ready to post, with the caption and hashtags written for you.

Running a kitchen is a full-time job. So is running an Instagram account.

Until now the choice was posting when there was time — or paying an agency four figures a month for content that doesn't taste like you.

GastRoi gives you a third option.

How it works

Start with what you already have.

Describe it, or upload it.

Start from words

Describe it and GastRoi produces the video — script, voiceover, subtitles, caption.

You know the dish

Brief to Video

Tell GastRoi about the dish, the drink or the experience — what it is, why guests come back for it, and what you want them to do next. What you write is what the video says.

You're running a promotion

Offer to Video

Type in the offer — 2-for-1 aperitivo, lunch special, event night. Your price, your dates and your conditions appear on screen exactly as you entered them. For the campaign that has to go out today.

You have an idea

Topic to Video

Two words — "natural wine" — is enough. GastRoi does the homework and comes back with a finished video, with the sources it used listed for you to check.

You have the words

Script to Video

Already know what you want said? Paste your script and GastRoi builds the video around your words — unchanged. Not rewritten, not shortened, not "improved".

Start from pictures

Upload what you already have and GastRoi arranges it. Real footage only, no stock — exported silent, so you can add whatever audio is trending the day you post.

You have one dish

Dish to Video

One dish, told properly. Your own clips — the pour, the pull, the first cut — opening on the dish name and its price. A line of text only where it helps.

You have the menu

Menu to Video

List your dishes with a photo each — name, price, one line. Every item becomes its own scene, and the whole menu goes out as one video.

You have one night

Event to Video

Your flyer opens the video — shown whole, never cropped — and your own clips carry the rest. The date, venue and entry price go in the caption, ready to post.

You have the week

Events Calendar to Video

Pub quiz Thursday, live music Friday, brunch Sunday. Add a photo to each and your whole week goes out as one video — every name, time and price shown exactly as you typed it.

However you start, the video arrives finished and branded, with the caption and hashtags written for you. Your own footage first — licensed visuals only where you want them.

Your food, in your videos

Your own material comes first. Pin your clips and photos to any scene — the plating shot from your phone, last Friday's full terrace — and any scene you leave empty is filled with curated stock.

Unretouched output.

Real briefs. Four languages each.

Restaurant briefs produced in English, German, French and Italian. Same standard in each one — every voiceover and subtitle track written natively in its own language rather than translated.

What you get

Finished, not just rendered.

Your script, or ours

Bring your own script and GastRoi builds the video around it, word for word. Or start from a topic and get a researched script with sources you can check — plus the article behind it, yours to keep. Either way the words, the caption and the hashtags are saved with every video.

Built for Instagram Reels

Vertical format, burned-in subtitles that survive muted autoplay, and openings written to stop the scroll. GastRoi produces content for how people actually watch food videos: on their phone, with the sound off, deciding where to eat tonight.

Logo, colors, fonts and template style — set once, applied to every video. Whether you generate one Reel or thirty, your feed looks like one restaurant made it.

Built in Switzerland, for Swiss gastronomy

Multilingual by default (DE / FR / IT / EN, plus Swiss German scripts), CHF pricing, and built around how Swiss restaurants, cafés and bars actually market themselves.

Questions before you start

Including what GastRoi deliberately does not do.

Do the videos use my real footage or AI-generated video?
Your footage comes first. Upload your own clips and photos and GastRoi builds around them. Where you have no footage, it fills gaps with curated stock — and only uses generated visuals if you choose to. Nothing fake-looking goes out under your brand.
I have zero videos of my restaurant. Can I still use GastRoi?
Yes — Topic to Video needs only a couple of words; GastRoi researches the rest and builds the video from curated stock. And your first few video clips are enough to start building with your own material.
Which platforms are supported?
Videos are optimized for Instagram Reels, with platform variants for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. GastRoi doesn't post to your accounts — you review, download and publish.
Does it work in Swiss German, French and Italian?
Yes. Scripts, captions and voiceovers are generated in the language your guests speak — including Schwiizerdütsch scripts and voiceovers with a Swiss accent.
How long does one video take?
A video from a topic: a few minutes from topic to draft. Videos from your own footage: as long as it takes you to upload.
Do I need any editing skills?
No — and no writing skills either, unless you want to use them. Write the script yourself word-for-word if you know exactly what you want said, or start from a topic and let GastRoi research it and draft the opening and the copy for you. Either way, you review, download and post. No timeline, no editing software.
What happens to the footage I upload?
Your files stay yours. They're stored on servers in Germany, inside the EU, used only to produce your videos, and deleted when you delete them. Our privacy policy has the full detail.
Who owns the finished video?
You do — including commercial use. Licensed stock and any generated visuals inside it are cleared for that use as part of your plan.
Do all videos have a voiceover?
Most do. Videos built from your own photos and clips — a dish, your menu, an event, your week — are exported silent, so you can add the track that's trending on the day you post. Everything else comes with a voiceover and subtitles in the language you choose.
