Our story

And every restaurateur knows the problem — between prep, service and closing, there is no time left to script, film, edit, subtitle and post. The alternatives were an agency at four figures a month, or generic AI tools producing content that looks like it came from anywhere.

How we build
Everything in its place.
We built GastRoi the way a good kitchen runs: everything in its place before service. Every video follows the same defined process — brief in, research where needed, script, storyboard, footage, voiceover, subtitles, caption — and comes out at the same standard, whether it's your first video or your fiftieth. The process is engineered so the output doesn't depend on anyone's spare time or good day.
That is what Swiss engineering means to us in practice: not a slogan, but a production process precise enough that the discount you type is rendered on screen exactly as you typed it, and disciplined enough that a Swiss German voiceover gets Swiss German subtitles to match.
